New Report on CT Forests & Climate After 9 public meetings and 20 presentations, the Forests Sub-Group of the Governor's Council on Climate Change (GC3) released a comprehensive DRAFT Report on CT Forests and Climate on July 21st. Forest Resource Management Plans (FRMPs) are designed to guide the management of State Forests, Parks, Reservations, and associated natural resources. Under the FRMPs, forest management is conducted as part of an integrated approach to establish long-term sustainable levels for all resources and uses.
